  4. Terms & Conditions for SAP Remote Access. 
    • Access to the SAP IDES system is for personal educational use only, unless other conditions are agreed to in writing. 
    • You may not resell nor share your personal access to the SAP IDES system.  Violation of this condition will result in immediate termination of your user ID and customer account, without notice and without refund.
    • Access to certain transactions such as user maintenance and system administration are not available.  However, we will definitely consider authorizing any transaction you may need.  Our objective is to maintain a robust and reliable learning environment for all users.
    • Each student is presumed to have basic SAP navigation knowledge.  Completion of the free, internet-based "Getting Started Using SAP's Software" is highly recommended for users new to SAP.
    • System configuration assistance, individual training and desktop support is not included in the purchase of SAP remote access.
    • We do not promise a specific level of service as the quality and availability of remote access to our SAP IDES system may be influenced by any number of external factors outside our control. 
    • The SAP IDES system will have a scheduled and announced maintenance shutdown one (1) day each month.
    • You agree our liability to you is limited to your purchase price.
